Fees:

Generally, I will provide a review of your case materials and provide you with a preliminary opinion at no cost.

Following that, my *general fee schedule is as follows (in Canadian dollars):

Case Retainer                                            $500.00

Exhibit Examination and Report Writing     $100.00 per hour
Court Testimony                                        $800.00 per day (plus, travel and accommodation expenses)

On-site (your location) Investigations       $800.00 per day (plus, travel and accommodation expenses)

Travel Days                                               $500.00 per day

*Legal Aid cases and scheduled expert rates accepted.
